Support and access
XData is currently available to approved accounts. This page routes access, support, security, privacy, and source-removal questions without implying public account creation.
Request access
New teams can submit the public request-access form with their email, organization, and intended use case. Submitting a request helps prioritize onboarding and source coverage, but it does not create an account or grant access.
Approved-account support
Approved users should use the support route shared during onboarding for account, authentication, API-key, connector, and ingestion questions.
Security reports
Suspected vulnerabilities, exposed credentials, or abusive ingestion behavior should start with the public security policy.
Privacy and source-removal questions
For privacy, access-record, or public-source removal questions, use the request-access route and include the affected source URL, account email, or organization where relevant.
