Terms
Service terms
Last updated May 31, 2026. These terms describe acceptable use for approved XData accounts and MCP clients.
Access
XData is currently available to approved accounts. Access may be limited, rate-limited, paused, or revoked to protect the service, source providers, or other users.
Submitting an access request helps XData prioritize onboarding and source coverage, but it does not create an account or guarantee access.
Corpus use
XData indexes public-source content for search, retrieval, and citation workflows. Users are responsible for respecting source rights, paywalls, licenses, and usage restrictions that apply to source material.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or source restrictions.
- Do not use XData to bulk export or redistribute source content.
- Do not submit private, confidential, unlawful, or sensitive URLs for ingestion.
- Do not present retrieved content as financial, legal, medical, or investment advice.
Availability
The service is provided as an evolving product. Features, coverage, tools, data sources, and access rules may change as the product develops.
Support
Access, account, privacy, removal, and security routing starts at the XData support page. Security reports should follow the public security policy.
